2008 Summer Weekly Rates (Saturday 3pm- Saturday 11am)
$1200/week ; $1300/week for 4th of July *
Spring & Fall Rates ( 3 night minimum)
$150/night for up to 4 $195 for 5 or more people
2007 -2008 Winter (3 night minimum; for 2 night stays add $50 )
$175/night for up to 4 people
$225/night for 5 or more people

Capacity- 8 persons. Extra persons $70/week

Guests must bring:
-Bed sheets and/or sleeping bags
-Towels
-All Toiletry items - soap, shampoo etc. and toilet paper***
-Garbage bags***
-Extra firewood if having many campfires
-Dish soap***
-Coffee filters***
-Charcoal/lighter fluid for grill
***Item may be present at cabin already but guests are responsible for supplying.
Booking Information
Reservations and Deposits
A $500 deposit is required to reserve the cabin and is returned after departure. Summer reservations should be made up to 1 year in advance. Priority is given to last years guests.
Cancellations
Summer deposits are non-refundable unless notice is received at least 30 days in advance or the cabin is rebooked. Rent is non-refundable if less than 30 days notice is received for summer rentals.
Loon's Bay Cabin Rental Policies
Guests must sign a rental agreement and should have a good rental history. References may be required. We reserve the right to deny use of the cabin at our discretion.

No Smoking inside the cabin
No Jetskis or Waverunners
No Camping without permission

HOUSEKEEPING- Loon's Bay Cabin is a private vacation home. The cabin is cleaned after each guest but we do not provide additional cleaning during a guests stay. Guests are responsible for their own housekeeping during their stay. PLEASE LEAVE THE CABIN AS YOU FOUND IT OR BETTER or extra cleaning fees will be taken out of deposit.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING- Guests are responsible for removing their trash from the premises by taking to a local transfer site. Vilas county requires recyclable items be separated from trash. Trash cans are provided.
BOATS- Use of fishing boat and canoe is complimentary. Motor rental may be available with advance notice. We cannot assist you with the operation or maintenance of our boats. Guests are responsible for obeying all boating regulations. We encourage guests to bring their own boat. There is a public boat landing 1/2 mile from the cabin.
