2010 Summer Weekly Rates June- August (Saturday 3pm- Saturday 11am)
$1250/week
Offseason rate April 1- May 21; Oct 15- Dec 21 (3 night minimum)
$795/week or $125/night for up to 4 people $150/night for 5 or more
'09-'10 Winter Rates Dec. 21 to March 31 (3 night minimum)
$125/night for up to 4 people
$165/night for 5 or more people

Cabin capacity is 10 people.
Add 5.5% for state tax and 4.5% local tax to rates
Add $75 per stay if we provide bed sheets

* If item is present at cabin guests may use but are responsible for resupplying what they used up.
Booking Information
Reservations and Deposits
A $300 deposit is required to reserve the cabin. This converts to a security deposit upon arrival and is returned/credited back within 30 days of departure. Full payment is due in advance of your stay. Summer reservations should be made up to 1 year in advance. Priority is given to last years guests.
Cancellations
Summer deposits are non-refundable unless notice is received at least 30 days in advance or the cabin is rebooked. Rent is non-refundable if less than 30 days notice is received for summer rentals.
Loon's Bay Cabin Rental Policies
Guests must sign a rental agreement and should have a good rental history. References may be required. We reserve the right to deny use of the cabin at our discretion.
Pets - Considered on a per case basis and must be approved. Additional fee of $35/week for pets.
No Smoking inside the cabin
No Jetskis or Waverunners
No Camping without permission
QUIET BY 10 P.M. NO PARTIES. NO FIREWORKS.
HOUSEKEEPING- Loon's Bay Cabin is a private vacation home. The cabin is cleaned after each guest but we do not provide additional cleaning during a guests stay. Guests are responsible for their own housekeeping during their stay.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING- Guests are responsible for removing their trash from the premises by taking to a local transfer site. Vilas county requires recyclable items be separated from trash. Trash cans are provided. Optional garbage pick up fee of $50.
BOATS- Use of fishing boat and canoe is complimentary. Motor rental may be available with advance notice. We cannot assist you with the operation or maintenance of our boats. Guests are responsible for obeying all boating regulations. We encourage guests to bring their own boat. There is a public boat landing 1/2 mile from the cabin.
